Castle next to Danube
When I finished this photo, I noticed some strange “artifacts” on the bottom, on the water. At first I thought I did something wrong in the processing, and then I found that it’s the reflection of the clouds :) It just looks a little strange.
I took this photo around two weeks ago, when I went out shooting with Jim Nix who is also a HDR photographer and also has his own HDR photography blog at http://www.nomadicpursuits.com/ . If you check out his blog, he posted a photo from the same evening just yesterday. We really had luck for great clouds, and for usable weather. Just around two hours before this photo was taken, there was a heavy rain in Bratislava.

Wonderful shot. I’m surprised you used an aperture as high as 3.5, but the picture turned out beautifully.
I look forward to following your site more often.

Thank you. And I quite often go up a high as 2.8 (as that what my lens allows). Since I focus everything manually, I have no problems with such open apertures.
came out great my friend! thanks for the mention too!
