This is my favorite bridge in Budapest. The chain bridge is more popular, but I like the look of this one more. One thing that I find very interesting on this bridge is, that there is no railing between the walkway and the road. I never seen a bridge like this without a railing.

This is a manual blend from 7 shots. I started with the +1EV photo and the used all the darker shots to darken the lights on the bridge. Then I used the +2 and +3 shot to brighten the building in the distance a little.

Metropolis, but no Superman here :) This is one of the night shots I took in Madrid last year. Still the weather here is horrible and I still have some time before my first bigger trip, so I’m still going through my older photos.

I really liked Madrid. Such a busy city. I had a hotel really close to this place, so I explored the city center as much as I could (I was just too tired for night shooting).

This is a manual blend from three shots, most of the photo is from the +2EV and I darkened the bright areas of the buildings.

Somehow I never get to the Wenceslas Square when I’m in Prague. Usually I stay at the other side of Vltava and never get further than to the Old town square :) But for next time I want to do a sunrise shooting here. As you can see, it’s a busy place in the evening, so if I want no people, I will have to go early at night.

I’m very mad at myself for this photo, as it could have been much better. I had a remote in the bag and I only used the 2s timer. And of course this resulted in the darkest exposure being completely blurry and not usable. And also the second darkest was not that good (same as a lot of other photos from that evening). Looks like one really has to learn on his own mistakes. Never again without a remote for me :)

This is a manual blend from 5 shots. Taken in the middle of Wenceslas Square in Prague.
Late hour on the Wenceslas Square

As I was taking photos of the Bratislava skyline, and they turned on the street lights, this small square was the one most noticeable from the spot I was standing. Probably because it was the only one not blocked by any building :) It looks really interesting, so yellow in the middle of a blue city (as it was during blue hour)

Manual blend from three exposures, edited only in Photoshop. Photo taken from the Bratislava Castle fortifications.
When they turn on the lights

Interesting that this center of healthy lifestyle has a KFC in it :) Probably for all those who are leaving the gym :)

This is a manual blend from 7 shots, in the shot the Relaxx center in Bratislava
