I so regret missing the last years St. Stephens fireworks in Budapest. I got home from another trip around 3 days before them, and I felt so sick and tired, that I had no energy to go onto another trip right away. But this year, I definitively will go again, and try my best to get some stunning new fireworks shots :)

I’ll be in Budapest for the fireworks this Saturday, 20.08.2016. Since I’ve never been there before: What’s your preferred location to shoot them from, can you give any tips?

I also will be there :) Depends what view you want, but I would say either from the Citadel or from in front of the castle. But you should go there at least 2 hours earlier. It get really full of people before the fireworks.

Thanks, maybe I’ll go there since it seems to be quite a good view over the place they launch the fireworks from.
