Autumn Bokeh

I tend to only post landscape and cityscape photos, but let’s get away from them for today. Here are few photos taken with the 50mm F1.4 lens. I played mostly with the bokeh here, to get a nice smooth background, with only few sharp points here and there. Hope you like them :)

These are all taken handheld, 50mm at f1.4 to f2.0. All taken in the Botanical garden in Bratislava.

From the Debilly Footbridge

Quite the simple photo today. This one was taken from the Debilly Footbridge (Passerelle Debilly) whis is of course as you can see in Parish, close to the Eiffel tower. It’s one of the many things one can use as the foreground element whan taking photos of the tower in the distance.

Thie is a blend form three exposures, done in Photoshop.

Sunset over Zaanse Schans

I don’t really have any new photos right now, so let’s keep going with more from my archives. There are still many that I haven’t posted before. Today, let’s stop in Zaanse Schans near Amsterdam, for a windmill photo. As I suggest in my Top photography spots in Amsterdam list, this is the spot you have to go to get a nice windmill shot when you are there.

This is a single exposure, broken into two and blended back together in Photoshop.

Green fireworks

I was in the mood for another fireworks photo today, so here is one more from Budapest. The beautiful thing about fireworks is, that even if you do many from the same spot, each one is a bit different. There is just so much variation and randomness in them.

This is a single exposure, that I broken up into two with different RAW edits and then blended them back together in Photoshop.
