I don’t really like these fake reflections that much. But as I was editing this panorama, I just tried it out, and I quite like the result :) Even if I know it’s fake, I like how it looks (but will also post the normal shot sometimes later anyway :) ).
This is a 4 shots panorama, each shot from 4 exposures. Panorama created in PTgui, with the exposures combined in Oloneo Photoengine. The image finished and reflection create in Photoshop.

Honestly I don’t like either but is very interesting, artistic and perfect concept for decoration. I really like to know how to do it, Oloneo Photoengine it’s a software?
For this one I mostly duplicated the top part and then used motion blur to give it a more softer look. Then I only used a soft brush to make the transition between the two parts softer. And yes, Oloneo Photoengine is a software. One of the best to combine brackets into HDR :)
