I spend the whole weekend shooting and editing panoramas :) But so I just don’t post another panorama I created this HDR, from a photo I took in the Matthias church in Budapest :)
I have added another few great photographers to my links page. All they works are really worth checking out. You can find the page here.
Almost steampunk
If I ever did a steampunk movie, I would have placed a scene in the Great market hall in Budapest. I love this style. Actually I love all steampunk. Not sure why :)
That’s one complicated name for a castle. But hungarian is not such an easy language (and despite having many hungarian friends, I understand only very few words.). The castle looks really nice, just the amount of people there, is alwyas to much for me :) That why I have never been inside. Maybe during my next visit.
Yesterday I added a new linkspage to this blog. It contains a lot of links, but is more of a list of my favorite HDR photographers. There are currently 8 there, but I will add more later on. I really suggest checking them out as they all create such wonderful photos. You can find the page in the right hand menu.. or directly here.
The very soft colors in Budapest
Another of those very early morning shots. Taken around 5.30 in the morning. The sunrise was quite boring.. and the sky was quite overcast. But with the help of few filters I managed to create some detail in the clouds and add a little color to the photo :)
I hate it that everywhere the photo looks different, in Lightroom, Photoshop, Smugmug.. on Facebook.. everywhere it’s different.. Facebook of course being the worse.. and then on a second monitor it’s again different. One would think, that with so few manufactures and big software providers, this could be fixed by now. But I think it will only get worse :) And for those interested, this is the Chain Bridge in Budapest.
