Raffle winners

Before I get to the last post of 2014, let’s first announce the winners of the raffle. So the winners are Suman K. and Patrick R. Both of you will receive an email from me shortly with your code for the Master exposure blending video series.

Last one for 2014

And also as usually, the last and first post in a year is a fireworks shot. This one is not from this year of course, but from the beginning of 2013, but if all goes as planed, my tomorrow posts will be a new one from today :) I’m taking photos at a party today, so it will be a busy evening for me, but will take a break for midnight and get some shots of the celebrations. I hope you all are having a great day, and see you again in 2015.

This is a single exposure, edited in Oloneo Photoengine and Photoshop.
Last one for 2014

New year is not so far away, so there will hopefully again be a nice chance to get few new fireworks photos. But until then, how about one from two years ago. Just too bad that it won’t be again above the castle this year.
Colorful explosion

I haven’t gotten at all to the Christmas market this year, but at least I have some photos from the last one :)
Christmas market in Bratislava

For this next week, I’m giving myself a little break. I will be visiting my parents, and so I will be doing no editing or writing the whole week. But I will probably take some photos, especially if the weather permits (and there is a bigger chance to have snow in Easter Slovakia than in Bratislava :)). So for this next week, I will be reposting some of my favorite photos from last 5 years, and enjoying my rest. And I hope all of you will do the same :)

For today, one of my favorite sunset shots taken by the Danube.
The very colorful sunset in Bratislava

Not that it’s that cold in Bratislava now anyway. No snow and no real winter this year yet. I just hope there will be at least some snow, if only for few days :)

This is a HDR from 5 exposures, created in Oloneo Photoengine, finished in Photoshop.
