Blue Church

I planed to add a photo of the Blue Curch (Church of St. Elisabeth) in Bratislava for a long time, but never got to it. It’s a really nice church, too bat it’s closed most of the time. But as it’s in a quiet side street in the city center, you can get nice shots from outside, without any people.

HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, from a tripod.

Passing the time

A really random and quite old shot today. I was waiting for a friend and had my camera with me. So to pass the time, I took few shots. It was actually quite a nice day.

All the colors of sunset

Sometimes I really don’t know what to say about a photo. I took so many shots around the bridges in Bratislava, that I’m starting to repeat myself. So I say nothing today :). Just enjoy the photo :)

Green-yellow bridge

This was one of the first shots I did with the Canon 7D. It was quite a change going from the 450D. You can really see, from the options and features, that this is a professional camera. Just the custom modes help you so much, when you switch between hdr and normal photos, that it’s worth the cost.

First to turn on the lights

Maybe not the most colorfull photo, but maybe that’s why I like it :). A lot of people think that HDR’s have to be over-saturated, but I don’t. So hope you like it like this :)

In the photo, the Carlton hotel in the center of Bratislava. Photo taken right after sunset from the Bratislava Castle.
