Grassalkovich Palace

The weather is still ugly here, but at-least night shots look quiet alright :) I took three shots here, but alignment of the flags was horrible, so I tried a different approach here. I created a HDR from a single photo (0EV) and corrected the too bright and too dark areas from the other photos in Photoshop.

Colors of Summer

I would actually prefer to upload some winter photos. But the weather here is just awful. It’s raining most of the time. Let’s hope it’s better during Christmas.

Parked

At first I didn’t like this photo. I took it only because of the car, and I thought the background doesn’t fit here at all. But after I edited it in photomatix, I started to like it. The contrast between the beautiful old car and the ugly concrete pillars worked out actually quite well.

I took here exposures from -4EV to +2EV, but it still wast enough to have a blue sky in the shot :)

Choose your prize

I was quite surprised, that nobody minded, that I took photos here. And especially with a tripod. Looks like people are just more used to photographer now, as everyone takes a lot of photos.

Aladdin

One more from the Medrano Circus ( http://www.medrano.it). I really like how you can see whats in the photo, but still can’t really see anything in it. The way, the light shines from behind them, gives this a more dreamy look. The strong blue lights created few strange color spots, but I think it’s still acceptable.

No HDR today, single shot, edited only in Lightroom.

Single photo, taken with Canon 7D with Sigma 18-200mm lens, handheld.
