Bratislava in blue

Blue hour is sometimes really blue :). Not always the most beautiful shade of blue, but I can live with that. This photo was taken from the park by the Bratislava Castle, sometime in the summer of 2010.

HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, from a tripod.

Layers of Sunset

I love how there are 4 distinct areas in this photo. All having a different color and texture. I think this gives this photo a very interesting look.

House bellow the castle

One from last winter. This house looks almost like a small castle, and on the top of the hill behind it, are castle ruins :)

Center of Krupina

After all the photos from big cities, how about one from a smaller town. In this one you can see the center of Kruipna, which is in central Slovakia.

Blue Church

I planed to add a photo of the Blue Curch (Church of St. Elisabeth) in Bratislava for a long time, but never got to it. It’s a really nice church, too bat it’s closed most of the time. But as it’s in a quiet side street in the city center, you can get nice shots from outside, without any people.
