Blue Danube

Taking photos during the blue hour can create such a great sky. And even the water here looked like somebody painted it :). This is the Eurovea shopping center, taken from the other side of Danube.

HDR from three shots, taken with Canon 450D with Sigma 10-20mm lens, from a tripod.

Entering the New Bridge

Little bit different angle on the New Bridge in Bratislava. When I took this I was already on my way home, but I still had to stop for few more shot. I think everybody who loves photography, knows this. You just don’t know when to stop :)

Orange light under the bridge

I really like photos of bridges. And the Apollo bridge looks great at night :). So here is a photo of it.

Running on tracks

This could be nice for avoiding traffic jams :) But definitively would not be happy with the color :)

Tree in the sunset

How about a little tip on post-processing today :). In photos like this, I usually have quite a problem with the halos, specially here around the tree. Usual way to correct this is to use the sky from one of the original files, or use the burn tool in Photoshop and darken the sky. But what I found, works quite well, is to open the file in Lightroom, select the brush, turn down clarity and brush around the tree. This helps quite a lot and is much simpler than other option.
