HDR one magazine – January Issue

Light Bridge

Finally a decent shot from this year. I was starting to feel depressed, as I haven’t taken any new landscape photos fro over a month. But when the sky cleared a little yesterday, I ran out to take at least few shots. And my steps went to the Danube, as I wanted to try some long exposure shots with the Hoya ND400 filter which I bought recently. I got some nice shots with the filter, but nothing share worthy, so maybe next time. For this photo I had no need for the filter, as it was taken after sunset and the exposure was long enough even without the filter.

In this photo the Old bridge and the Apollo bridge in Bratislava. Manual blend from 5 photos, exported from Lightroom and then edited in Photoshop.

Over 200 versions

The blue reflection

I hope the colors on this one look for you as nice as they look on my monitor :) I left this one darker, to have this night dark blue sky in it.

Photo taken at the Kuchajda lake in Bratislava, manual blend from 5 shots, mostly to darken light and brighten the middle part.

Explosions

Those of you who also follow my personal account on FB noticed that I posted a lot of Salsa photos today, so I was quite tired (got to bed around 4am :)) and busy today. So for my daily photo I selected one that I could edit a little more quickly :) This is of course one from the new years fireworks, just a single RAW edited in Photoshop.

The one with the red star

I hoped to have some new photos today, as I went to the city yesterday to take some photos. But not much luck, the weather was just horrible. So instead I edited another one from my older shots.
