Back from Paris with many photos to edit. Just hard to choose one to start with, but how about this one from the Alexander bridge.

This is a blend of two shots, one at f3.5 for the background and one at f14 from which I used the stature. Other than that, I only toned down the highlight a little in Lightroom and added sharpness.

From the Alexander bridge

Technique: Oloneo Photoengine, Number of exposures: 2, Camera Model: Sony a7R + Metabones MkIII Adapter, Lens: Canon 70-200mm F2.8 IS II, Focal length: 70mm, Aperture: 3.5 and 14, Middle exposure time: 2.0s and 30s, ISO: 125, Tripod used: yes, Location: 48.864135, 2.313446

Even if the Chain bridge in Budapest is the more famous one, this one just has to be my favorite. That’s why I have so many photos of it :)

This is a HDR from 3 exposures, created in Oloneo Photoengine, finished in Photoshop

I wanted a photo of the Gellért Baths in Budapets for a while, but this area, from which one sees it, is just not that great. You just see the baths too much from the top, so any view that captures it all, is very affected with perspective distortion. So this time, I tried something else. I did a two shot vertorama here, to get the sky and also the area right under the hill. And it came out quite nicely :)

This is a 2 shot vertorama, each shot from 3 exposures.

Gellért Baths

Technique: Oloneo Photoengine, Number of exposures: 2×3, Camera Model: Sony a7R + Metabones MkIII Adapter, Lens: Canon 16-35mm F2.8, Focal length: 16mm, Aperture: 9, Middle exposure time: 6.0s, ISO: 100, Tripod used: yes, Location: 47.484910, 19.052098

If you have a Canon camera, I suggest you think about adding Magic Lantern to it. It just gives so many new possibilities and makes it so much easier to use.
