HIGH-RESOLUTION WALLPAPERS

White and HDR does not go well together that much, but when you have such a great structure like the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, you just do your best. In this photo I tried to keep the brightness and white color of the wall, and give them a nice contrast to the blue hour in the background. And I think it worked out quite nicely :)

This is a HDR from 5 exposures created in Oloneo Photoengine, but most of the photo was blended back from one of the exposures.
Endless

I seen many documentaries about this place. How it was planed, how it was build and more. But I never really understood how big it is until I visited the palm by myself. It gigantic. Really a stunning project. Just to bad the Burj Khalifa is so far away :) If it was right next to the palm, the view would be absolutely stunning (it’s of course stunning also as it is now, but this would be just crazy :))

This is a HDR form 5 exposures, created in Oloneo Photoengine, finieshed in Photoshop.
Palm Jumeirah

Haven’t really had much luck for sunset in Dubai, and of course also the blue hour is very short there. If I hadn’t taken any photos, I would probably miss it completely. So this is another photo taken in the middle of the night.

This is a HDR from 4 exposurs, taken from the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Dubai marina skyscrapers

There is this very cool building in the middle of the Jumeirah lakes towers, with this star shape on the bottom. I was thinking of how to have it in a shot while standing under it, and this is what I got :) Of course I went with a vertorama, to be able to get everything into a photo.

This is a vertorama from two photos, each one created from 4 exposures in Oloneo Photoengine.
Jumeirah lakes towers

This was just a lucky shot. We were on the spot to get the citiscape shot, and were already slowly packing our stuff, when the moon rose from behind the buildings. So of course we had to stay longer and get few photos of it :)

This is a HDR from 5 exposures created in Oloneo Photoengine, then blended with original exposures in Photoshop. The moon is form an underexposed version of the -2Ev exposure (it was really bright :))
