Lovely Summer Light

Still waiting for better weather. And just to remember how it looks, here is a nice shot from summer :)

Coins

I have seen a similar shot, some time last year, and from then I always wanted to take this photo, but newer got to it :) That is until now :). These are mostly old Slovak coins (no longer used, just reminder on old times :) ), some Euros, some Czech coins, some British Pounds and some from Egypt.

I took this photo with my Sigma 18-50mm Macro lens, the camera was very close to the coins, so I set it to F22 to have them as sharp as possible.

Red Stone Gate

This is a gate in the fortifications of the Cerveny Kamen (Red Stone) castle in Slovakia. As there was a very hight wind when I took this shot, I had to repair most of the sky, because the trees just wouldn’t line up :)

Calm Waters

I really like this one. You have the rocks, their reflection and another rocks under water. It really gives a nice sense of the different layers in this photo. This photo was taken on the Danube, but right after the Cunovo Dam, where the water was really calm and very clear.

Reflection Towers

Another one from the Kuchajda lake in Bratislava. It’s always nice to have something near water, something to have a reflection :)
